Get the most, out of the ‘Mont A presentation of the extracurriculars offered at Westmont College

School Spirit… Want to get the most out of the mont School Spirit… Want to get the most out of the mont? Get to know the student body, your peers, your neighbors in the dorms and just be Present! Step #1! Be actively engaged and present in all that is going on at Westmont.

Social events--dances. Westmont has up to 6 dances per year Social events--dances! Westmont has up to 6 dances per year. (Line Dance, Homecoming, winter formal, prez ball, spring formal, robot food). Ask a special someone and get down on the dance floor with the rest of your class and peers.

Serve! Spring Break trips: Westmont offers a variety of trips and service outlets. Potter’s Clay is one of the biggest ministries at Westmont. Every Spring break there are also trips to SB, SF, and Utah where you can serve other people and learn about their cultures and lives.

After-hour events/traditions/WAC: Westmont Activities Council (with wac-crew), offers a variety of late night, weekend and mid-week events. From reel talk movie nights, to after hours coffee, to open mic nights, to bingo and movies on the lawn, WAC keeps students involved and busy.

Spring Sing. The biggest event of the year Spring Sing! The biggest event of the year. Every March each of the dorms and off campus compete for the bragging rights (and free pizza) of winning the night. Get involved on committee, preform, sing, act, or even help usher--held at the SB bowl, it’s an event you don’t want to miss.

EMMAUS ROAD Emmas Road is a program that sends students around the world to learn more about different cultures as well as spread the word of God. Students are challenged to get out of their comfort zone and try to see the world from a different perspectives.

Study Abroad. Life changes when students go abroad, as did mine Study Abroad! Life changes when students go abroad, as did mine. Learn new languages, cultures, meet and maintain new friendships, learn about God and yourself and others.

Westmont has a wide range of sports including volleyball, baseball, basketball, soccer, tennis, track and field, and cross country. Students love going to the games and having strong school spirit.

Dorm events Westmont has 5 great dorms on campus. There are always fun activities going on to keep everyone involved. For example the page and clark cruise, the dorm BBQs, Spring sing, and many more to help students build friendships as well as feel at home.
