Formal Qualifications Qualification #1: Must be at least 35 years old Why? Compared to Senators & Reps?

Formal Qualifications Qualification #2: Must be a Natural Born Citizen What does this mean? Military base in Germany? Children of Illegal Immigrants?

Formal Qualifications Qualification #3: Lived in the U.S. at least 14 years prior to election Why would this be important?

Wealth: A qualified Presidential candidate must come from a wealthy background
