Seek Ye First The Kingdom of God

Luke 17:20 -21 Now when He was asked by the Pharisees when the kingdom of God would come, He answered them and said, “The kingdom of God does not come with observation; nor will they say, ‘See here!’ or ‘See there!’ For indeed, the kingdom of God is within you.”

Acts 1:3 To whom He also presented Himself alive after His suffering by many infallible proofs, being seen by them during forty days and speaking of the things pertaining to the kingdom of God.

1. What the Kingdom of God is not a. It is not a specific location Luke 17:20-21 “The kingdom of God does not come with observation; nor will they say, ‘See here!’ or ‘See there!’

It is not just the church or a particular denomination. It is not just about going to Heaven in the future.

2. What is the Kingdom of God? “The Kingdom of God is essentially God’s will, where God rules and reigns. It exists when and where there is willing acceptance and submission to His dominion and control.”

To allow God to rule and reign in every aspect of your life. To give Him full control over your life. It is a full-hearted desire for His will to be carried out in your life. Unreserved obedience to the Word of God and the guidance of the Holy Spirit. It means to turn from “Self-Rule” to “God-Rule”.

1. The Self-Rule life is a life of serving Money

So what does it mean to give God the rule and reign over your Finances?
