Communication self-assessment Turn to page 19 in Think Communication and complete the Communication Self-Asssessment. Don’t forget the step at the bottom (“Review your ratings.”)

Review your ratings Which 5 skills are most important and essential for effective communication? Why did you select these items? In which areas are you (as an individual) strongest? In which areas do you need the most improvement? In what types of situations will you need these communication skills?
