Jesus Jesus Christ of Nazareth is the central figure of Christianity. Was born on c.5 BC/BCE, and died on c.30 AD/CE On a crucification by the Roman Empire for calling himself the king oh Jews. Referred to be son of God through virginal conception in the womb of Mary, with Joseph as adoptive father. He is refereed to be the Messiah son of God who came to earth to bring peace and knowledge about salvation to the world.

Religious Views of Christ Christians traditionally believe that Jesus performed several miracles that proved to the non believers the power father God gave him. He as well founded the Church and rose from the dead the third day of his crucification to ascend into heaven. How ever in Jews tradition Jesus was the awaited Messiah, but he did not fulfill the Messianic prophesies in the Tanakh. In Islam He is considered one of God's important prophets, but was no crucified and that he was not God's incarnation.

Religious Perspectives. Christians: They regard Jesus the savior Redeemer, as the Messiah, who, through his life, death and resurrection , restored humanity's communication with God. His death on a cross is the redemption of sacrifice; the source of humanity's salvation. Jews: They hold the view that Jesus was not the Messiah, as he did not fulfilled the Messianic prophecies in the Tanakh, the requirements set by the Torah, nor embodied the personal qualifications of it. According to the Jewish There where no more prophets after Malachi who lived centuries before Him.

Islam: Here Jesus is considered to be a Messenger of God and the Messiah who was sent to guide the children of Israel. HE is seen as the precursor to Muhammad, It's refereed to to be Gods final revelation and was given the ability to perform miracles. How ever they reject the assertation that Jesus was crucified and instead rose alive up to the heaven and will return on the judgment day to restore justice and defeat the “false Messiah” or also called the Antichrist, and then will die. Buddhist: Some Buddhist including Tenzin Gyatzo, the 14th Dalai Lama, regards that Jesus was a Bodhisattva who dedicated his life to the welfare of human beings.
