Treasurer Update

Income – budget vs. actual As Of 2/28/19 The Corporate Programs detail is shown on Slide #3. The Silent Auction detail is shown on Slide #4. These income accounts (*) are shown net of the corresponding expenses. Total Income should be adjusted up by $1,618.48 due to “Earned but not Recorded”. [$77,368.47] Total Income should be adjusted up by RAT income of approximately $80,000. [$157,368.47] Total Income should be adjusted down by Achieve Mpls payment of approximately $50,000. [$107,368.47]

Corporate Programs Detail as of 2/28/19 Dining for Dollars has raised $2,530.67 thus far. Total Corporate Programs should be adjusted up by $1,618.48 [$16,558.84] For Corporate Programs, we raised twice the budgeted amount!

Silent auction Detail as of 2/28/19 Fund-a-Need An additional $2,000.00 was reimbursed in March for professional development; leaving $6,015.00 still available [$12,650 - $6,635 = $6,015]. In addition, Julie Blossey has requested an additional $1,000 for professional development.

Expense – budget vs. actual As Of thru 2/28/19 * General Funding will increase significantly over the next few months due to items such as Yearbook, Twins Tickets, and Singapore Math.

Mindfulness Update Mindfulness for Parents on Monday March 25th; 7-8pm, Childcare will be provided for ages 3+ Check out the KINDNESS TREE near the cafeteria. ALL of the students at Burroughs had an opportunity to participate and share ways to show kindness to others. We hope it inspires everyone to “grow kindness” at Burroughs and beyond! Seeking parents to help spearhead Mindfulness Committee at Burroughs!
