Earnings For start up, $20,626.98, for each month, $30,700.00. in all, for the first month. To make up for the expenses we need $51,326.00. What-if… 75 customers per day at $30 each = $2,250 per day or $15,750 per week or $63,000 per month

Earnings Minus Expenses By the end of the month, we have about $63,000.00. $51,326.00 is how much we need in the first month. We will have $11,674.00 left to spend on our own for food, equipment, etc… From then on we won’t have have the start up cost. If we get a constant amount of money each month we’ll have $63,000.00 at the end of the month, so we’ll only have to pay $30,700.00 so we’ll have 32,300.00 to use at the end of the month.
