How do we use bar graphs to display data?

We use bar graphs to display data. We start with a blank graph.

The bar graph needs to have a title The bar graph needs to have a title. This bar graph shows changes in the number of people who subscribe to a newspaper.

The horizontal axis shows the years…

…and the vertical axis shows the number of subscribers.

…and 2002. We can use the bar graph to compare the number of subscribers in different years.
