Tenant Screening Property is allowed to screen PRA tenants in same manner as other tenants TSP must be preapproved by Grantee (GDCA) For some properties, this screening at the property level includes: Rental history Credit Criminal history Reasonable Accommodation Requests If denial at property is related to disability, consider making reasonable accommodation request Train program staff on reasonable accommodations
Determination and Selection of Eligible Tenants The Owner is responsible for: Obtaining and verifying information related to Social Security Numbers of Eligible Family members Immigration Status Complying with protections for (VAWA) Victims of Domestic Violence, Dating Violence, Sexual Assault, or Stalking
