Find 10-12 factors that shaped the changing status of each as a great power during the period. List each factor in the positive or negative column, depending on for whether it enhanced or diminished the nation’s power Superpower Positive Negative Great Britain France Germany Russia/Soviet Union Write a thesis statement for each event to account for changes in the relative strength of European powers The rise of Russia to superpower status by 1945 The diminished status of Great Britain, France, and Germany as world leaders by the end of WWII.
