How to lay out your Questionnaire Page If you want to read the writing on the page then you will have to make the picture bigger. Questionnaire put on the left hand side of the paper, unanswered – well presented. Leave 3 questions out of your analysis, and make a chart using EXCEL. Make sure you then explain what this VERY IMPORTANT question does to your design. How it helps you. This need only be about 20 / 30 words long for each question. In the first part tell me why you’ve decided to conduct a questionnaire. What do you aim to get out of this? Then start to sum up the majority of your results. Stating how many people were asked and who answered what, and what implications this has on your project. Does it help you? THIS NEEDS TO BE DONE FOR MONDAY 15TH SEPTEMBER 2008
