Fonts Select san serif fonts No smaller than 24 points Each page should have a title Use the same font on all pages Avoid italicized fonts No more than 6-8 words per line

Font Examples 72 point 36 point 24 point Serif San Serif

Fonts Use the 6 x 6 rule for bullet points Use contrast Dark text on light background Light text on dark background Do not use ALL CAPS except for titles Test font by standing six feet from monitor

Graphics & Design Keep the background consistent Keep the background subtle Keep the design clean and uncluttered Limit number of transitions Avoid flashy or noisy animation
