We look for ways to make a difference by volunteering our time, as well as, providing monetary support (Commonwealth matches 50% of each employee dollar contributed) to the following organizations:

American Cancer Society The American Cancer Society (ACS) is a nationwide, community-based voluntary health organization dedicated to eliminating cancer as a major health problem. The organization is ready to assist parents and guardians in ensuring their family member with special needs can continue to lead a safe and meaningful life by developing a personalized care plan and establishing a special needs trust – without making him or her ineligible for crucial government benefits, like Medicaid and Supplemental Security Income. Delaware Theatre Company Delaware Theatre Company (DTC) was founded in 1979 and is the state’s larges professional theatre. Recognized as a cornerstone in the Brandywine Valley’s rich cultural landscape, DTC has produced more than 150 plays for over one million residents and visitors to its community. For the past 24 years, DTC has been a pioneer in the revitalization of Wilmington’s beautiful Christina Riverfront and remains an important piece in the development of Wilmington’s cultural district. Click logo to view the website Emmaus House Emmaus House emergency shelter and transitional housing programs are the products of Homeward Bound’s (a private, non-profit agency dedicated to serving families in crisis) commitment to fulfilling its mission. Click logo to view the website The emergency shelter program is a fourteen (14) bed unit with the capacity to house up to four (4) families for 30 days. This program provides shelter and food for families while addressing the root cause(s) of each families housing crisis through case management services.

Feed the Minds runs grassroots education projects in some of the world’s poorest communities. This saves lives and reduces poverty. It builds hope, independence and opportunities for the future. Parkinson’s Action Network In 2013, PAN developed a virtual tulip garden where you may plant a virtual tulip in honor of a loved one affected by Parkinson’s Disease. It also serves as a means to collect donations in order to continue the PAN mission.  Click the logo to visit the PAN Website. Parkinson’s Action Network (PAN) is the voice of the Parkinson’s community. They are advocates for better treatment and a cure, while partnering with other Parkinson’s organizations to better educate the public and government leaders about Parkinson's disease. The Board of Directors at PAN helps to lead the organization in its mission to find better treatments and a cure.

It provides shelter and an array of individualized services for homeless men and women that empowers our residents to return to the community as independent citizens. The Delaware Community Foundation The Delaware Community Foundation manages charitable funds for individuals, families, businesses and organizations, and distributes income fro the funds as grants to humanitarian, educational, health, and cultural entities throughout the First State. With 1,200 funds, more than $225 million in assets, and annual grants of about $15 million, the Foundation provides a long lasting source of charitable funding to benefit Delawareans now and for generations to come. The Meals On Wheels Association of America The Meals on Wheels Association of America was founded in 1940 in the midst of WWII. The Association started with the delivery of meals to British service men, and now focuses on assisting Senior citizens in need. Meals on Wheels is composed of, and also represents, local and community based Senior Nutrition Programs across the United States, as well as U.S. Territories. The University of Pennsylvania The University of Pennsylvania was founded in 1740, when evangelist George Whitefield and others established an educational trust fund and began constructing a large school building at Fourth and Arch streets in Philadelphia. The U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys For Tots Program The mission of the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots Program is to collect new, unwrapped toys during October, November and December each year, and distribute those toys as Christmas gifts to less fortunate children in the community in which the campaign is conducted. The objectives of Toys for Tots are to help less fortunate children throughout the United States experience the joy of Christmas; to play an active role in the development of one of our nation’s most valuable resources– our children; to unite all members of local communities in a common cause for three months each year during the annual toy collection and distribution campaign; and to contribute to better communities in the future.
