Pre-World War II 1918-1939 Today: Remember WWII Still Has NOT Officially started…we’re working our way there! Today: 1.) Review what we should have learned last week. 2.) What was the Munich Agreement? Were the Allies stupid for making an agreement with Hitler??

Purpose of the Meeting = Negotiate with Hitler Welcome to Munich!

Sept 1938: Munich Conference Allies present  G.B and France Axis present  Italy and Germany Hitler wants parts of Czechoslovakia (Sudetenland) Agreement Reached = known as Appeasement GB and France gave Hitler this land, but made him promise not to take over anymore land.
