Identified Reasons for Students NOT applying: 44 thought family Income was too high to qualify 12 believed part-time status may have make them ineligible 11 did not know when to apply 8 were international students 7 said forms took too much time to complete 4 were not eligible 2 did not need assistance 2 have bachelors degrees 1 had Veterans Affairs financial aid 1 was saving financial aid for 4-year institution years 1 worried aid would run out before completion of degree 1 did not know what forms to fill out 1 forgot Students in Survey = 215; Student Respondents = 200
