Which one goal would you like me to focus on while viewing your lesson today? Is there a particular part of the lesson you’d like me to focus on? Give me a little background about the students in this group. Is there anything else I should know before watching your lesson? III. Practice Preconference- “You do” {Partners} {5-8 min. each = 10-15 min} Pre-conference (Use questions on board to guide) Make note of teachers goals Note background info or other details
