Expected Counts For a two-way table, the expected count is: (row total x column total)/ table total

Chi-Square Statistic Measure of how far the observed counts in a two-way table are from the expected counts

Chi-Square Test of Association/Independence Used to test null hypothesis when you have a two-way table from a single SRS with each individual classified according to both of two categorical variables
