Why is that quotation important? To know what a quotation and what literary terms are. To understand the different parts of quotation analysis and the importance of using literary terms in your writing. To be able to explain the importance of a quotation from scenes 10-11 using literary terms appropriately and academically. Literary Terms; Characterization; Symbol; Theme; Conflict; Quotation

To know how what a quotation and what literary terms are. Find what characterization, theme, symbol and conflict mean. In your groups, I want you to make a brainstorm of the different parts of these key terms. Let me show you an example. (7-minutes) Then we’ll go through the rubric briefly.
