AIDS in the Organization We will address some of the important tools in modern organizations:- Organization Chart 2-Organization Manuals

. Organizational charts Organizational maps are important tools to organize, through the organizational chart to clarify activities and functions and departments and administrative units, and functions of the modules and the organizational chart shows the size of the structure (Organization), dependency, and the scope of supervision for each person and the number of management levels, and to give an idea of the various positions and lines of power flow

Uses organizational charts A brief record provided to the existing organizational structure of the organization. B-help and feedback analysis of the organizational structure, and to develop and design a structure commensurate with the situation and emerging concepts. C-used as a training tool to help staff to understand organizational structure and their sites, identifying people who will be in touch either the heads or subordinates.

D. Finally, the organizational charts lead information purposes, they help visitors (outside the Organization) to identify parts of the Organization and the people in them. Show organization chart shape graph shows important aspects in the Organization (4-1) shows the organizational chart of the Ministry of education and higher education.

Organizational Manual The organizational manual as the explanatory memorandum to the organizational chart, it gives details of all the activities carried out within this map and the main departments and sections, and each section seeks goals to reach. it is a description of each function, and the relationship of each to the other. It also includes organizational manual also explained to labour regulations as a recruitment system and the system of international city and rewards to other rules and regulations that determine workflow. it is an official document explaining all things in detail, and for all activities and reference point for all Relation to the work.

To achieve these goals, the organizational manual it should sponsor when its accuracy and clarity in the detailed aspects of all and that the language used is simple and easy, and to present all the information in a clear and simplified away. it must be a comprehensive organizational app for all aspects of work in the Organization, and to be complete in every detail to give a true picture of the organization.

Re-Organization The reorganization of the administrative apparatus has been and continues to be one of the first and most prominent attempts management development both in developed and in developing countries. Perhaps the reorganization process of the large and complex and complicated, and some believe that most of the technical aspects which cannot be dealt with except through consultants or specialists.

One area that calls for restructuring in the following organizations: 1. when it appears that the original regulation is not effective for error in structural design. 2. when acting employees or administrators in the Organization differs from the expected top Director who ordered the regulation. 3. when internal or external changes. 4. when weaken the efficiency of the organization. 5. when changes occur in administrative leadership, such as the appointment of a new leadership of the organization.
