Current Community Park Inconvenient location at north city boundary Aging soccer and baseball fields Lack of snack bar facility Small scale insufficient for growing city needs Inadequate parking facilities

What are the advantages of building a new community park in a different location?

Develop or Remodel The city owns the land and can develop it The city is in need of new retail space Municiapl offices are currently in bungalows

Location The north bank of the Aspen River is proposed based on its central location and easy entrance from all parts of the city.
