Nitrates (2) WALT: Write up an experiment and analyse data on the effect of nutrient amounts on cress growth

Last week you planted cress seeds with different quantities of nitrates Today you will analyse your results…

TASKS: Take out your cress seeds and look at the growth. Write a method (including how you kept it a fair test) and results – using pictures (colour can be used in pictures to demonstrate the results) Write a conclusion. Include an evaluation – any info on improvements you think you could have made. Complete Q5 on p.77. When you are finished, finish off your questions from last lesson (p.71).

When you are finished and prep… Draw on an A4 piece of paper – a poster explaining the two photosynthesis experiments we’ve done (help on pp.70-71 of the book) Use as much information as you can
