Learning through play… Children learn best when engaged and interested. Our job is to observe and build on what they know as an extension from pre-school. Purposeful play in combination with adult led teaching – phonics, maths, RE, literacy, reading etc. Support us at home using WOW’s Pencil grip, letter formation…

Reading Children will be read with an adult at least once during the week. Please read with your child and sign the reading record as often as possible. Books in everyday please! Books will be changed at least weekly. Key word flash cards – daily.
