The judge is doing the right thing by talking to the kids one on one

Young boys and girls should not be given any chances Young boys and girls should not be given any chances. If they screw up, they should do the time in jail or prison

Blacks make up a large percent of the Juvenile population, which makes their race troublemakers

What other solutions can be implemented for young boys and girls who break the law?

Kids need good role models in their lives who teach them how to be mature
