White table up front (Nucleus) Directions In groups of two, undergo a simulation of protein synthesis (instead of amino acids to make proteins we will be using words to make sentences) Transcribe the DNA in the Nucleus (white table up front) onto a piece of mRNA (worksheet) Bring your mRNA back to your desk (ribosome) and base pair the codons and anticodons (found on your tRNA sheet) together to determine the sentence. Raise your hand to check your answer with me.
