Downtown Parking Downtown Tampa has over 11,000 parking spots available in garages and lots. The parking area in downtown Tampa is grossly underused. Parking availability is not a problem.

From i275 From The crosstown After exiting off I-275, fans can either take the Ashley St. exit or Pierce St. exit. Ashley St., Tampa St., and Pierce St. are the most direct routes to the proposed stadium sight, parking lots, and garages. From the Crosstown, there are three possible exits: 6a, 7, and 8. Exit 6a will place fans heading east on the Crosstown right on Channelside Dr. at the proposed location. Exit 7 will offer fans traveling west the closest and most convenient exit. Exit 8 will offer fans a northern route to the proposed sight. Exit 8 is only available to fans heading west.
