Social Housing – The end customer – Residents / Tenants MH has strong brand - working historically with HA’s since 2001 Utilising links within Education sector – MH partnered with LCG who have access to a pot of government funding called AEB - Adult Education Budget. Increasingly congested market place – outsourcing, costs saving over quality of service – race to bottom. This means the qualifications are fully funded at no cost to any company or individual. Different focus - How can we benefit the end user? Focus on quality, partnership, social value With HA’s we realised this could be done in two ways: Qualifications and employment outcomes for the residents Supporting training and qualifications for staff who then deliver better service to the tenants / residents.
