Objectives of the project to Benefit the golf course Increase profitability by re-vamp Pro Shop inventory to more of a soft goods (gloves, shirts, shoes, socks, headwear, golf balls and accessories which is an impulse buy) type of inventory where profit margin is greater as oppose to hard goods (clubs and bags which are not frequently purchased. (With an older clientele) changing needs in the inventory and accountability system. Develop a junior golf program to bring in new golfers into the game.

Re-vamping Pro Shop inventory to more of a soft goods (gloves, shoes, socks, headwear, and golf balls which is an impulse buy, meaning you see it you like it you buy it. (You were not planning on buying the item.) Shoes Balls Hats Socks Gloves

These are Golf Clubs, which are wedges, these are all different brands and different prices. Black Rock will have a sale on wedges Retail price: $129.99 each, our Sale Price: $60.00 each or 3 for $150.00 Moving inventory for the pro shop at the lowest price possible, still making the original price paid. Moving old inventory is crucial to have the room for new technology and inventory.
