By Julie Massey Fifth Period Just Be Drug Free By Julie Massey Fifth Period

What do I put on my power point???  Your objectives are:  Research and present factual information on the assigned drug or treatment program.  Present the information in a manner that is best understood by teens. Do not copy or copy and paste text from a source. Read it and write a summary of it or paraphrase. Plagiarizing will earn you a ZERO. Have a photo on each slide.

Remember the 6 x 6 rule There can only be six words on each line. There can only be six lines on a slide. Yes, I know I broke the rule.

Remember that your background can distract. Don’t let your background distract from your message. Don’t make it hard to read your words. Don’t make it too weird, or have too many pictures.

Webliography  Make sure you have a page at the end where you place every website you went to – for pictures, for information, everything!!! Always give the person credit for their work – if you read their article and put it in your words, you can cite them as a source.
