Scene we will look at today Act 2 Scene 2 The Balcony Scene -both have soliloquys Romeo overhears Juliet Lots of religious and love language -Juliet basically proposes to Romeo “if that thy bent of love be honourable/ thy purpose marriage, send me word tomorrow” = if you love me let me know ASAP! -Romeo is game for marriage and they set up how they will send messages the next day
