Our concept is Liquid Volume. Liquid Volume is when you measure liquid. The measurements are ml, pints, quarts, cups, gallons and liters.

Key Words ML: It is the smallest measurement that you measure liquid in. You measure medicine in milliliters

Liter: Is a little more than a quart Liter: Is a little more than a quart. A large McDonald’s cup is about a quart and about a liter

Cup: Is just is half a pint. A kiddie cup at McDonald’s is about a cup.

Pint: Is medium size measurement that you measure liquid in Pint: Is medium size measurement that you measure liquid in. A small McDonalds cup is about a pint

Quart: Is one fourth of a gallon Quart: Is one fourth of a gallon. A large McDonald’s cup is about a quart.

Gallons: Are big size measurements Gallons: Are big size measurements. You might use gallons to measure the water in a bathtub.

Questions How many pints are in a quart? What unit would use use to measure the water in a pool?

Example 1 Answer Look in the gallon bug. Then look in the Q for quart there are 2 p’s the p stands for pint. So you can see that there are 2 pints in a quart.

Example 2 Answer You should use gallons or liters to measure a pool, because they are the biggest measurements.

Thank You That is our power point about liquid volume. We hope you like it. Have a nice day.
