Meet with other staff members to discuss crisis application 10.1) Substantively and affectively prepare for action with individuals, families, groups, organizations, and communities. 10.2) Use empathy and other interpersonal skills. Meet with other staff members to discuss crisis application Review General Assistance guidelines to see if applicant crises meets the criteria During interview and gathering session allow customer to discuss their situation

Review with customers what their plan is to become self-sufficient 10.3) develop a mutually agreed-on focus of work and desired outcomes 10.4) collect, organize, and interpret client data Adhere to agency guidelines regarding customer confidentiality, once established suggest involvement from other family members. If customer has to agree before I indulge personal information Review with customers what their plan is to become self-sufficient Suggest that customers use outside referrals
