Welcome Emiliana Lopez to AHS

Election Time!

The President Executive officer oversees all decisions made in UNICEF Runs all meetings Directs and collaborates with other officers Creates service opportunities and every meeting PP/activity Evaluating- on-going analysis of club meetings and operation leads to continuous improvement in the club.

The Vice President -Runs meetings in absence of President -Must work closely with the president executing the goals of the club -Actively seeks volunteer opportunities and helps create meeting PP -In charge of presenting current events -In charge of managing club social media

Treasurer Keep the club president and all others concerned informed of the club’s financial position Make certain all financial records are in order Help create budgets Collect club dues and other money from club projects, t-shirts, etc.

Secretary Works collaboratively with other officers Keep minutes of all club and board meetings and provide copies Maintain all club correspondence. Maintain all membership records. Record member attendance records

Historian In charge of updating the club website Take photos at meetings and club events Help organize club yearbook photo Organize a scrapbook to tell the club’s story for the year Work closely with other officers to help run meetings

How to apply: Fill out an officer application form. Turn it in to Mrs.Lee’s Room G129 by March 9th. Be available March 19th and March 20th after school or during 8th for a short interview !!!!! Must have at least 10 club points to apply, must be passing all classes, and available most Tuesdays for designated club/board meetings!!!!!
