Introduction What a good password is. The average password length. Account safety(DO NOT USE THE SAME PASSWORD FOR EVERYTHING). What kind of passwords used.

Most interesting graph The results were surprising for me because most people said that sometimes they put in their personal info into accounts but 3 don’t.

When signing up for accounts online, do you use your personal information? Yes 1 No 3 Sometimes 6

Trends The trends I found in the survay is that the surveyors said that they thought it was important to have a secure and long password and not to use the same password for multiple accounts .it would take instantly to 14 quintillion years to hack a password that’s 5-19 digits long, Yet it takes longer if you use symbols etc. in your password

Conclsion Everyone that I surveyed believed that its good to have a password and a good one too, also to use different passwords for different accounts. Also by not giving away their personal info to random people.( some people had exceptions such as accounts for ( e.g.) banking, accounts that require personal info and other information.

Narration I found out from the internet safety and security safety survey is that the students of BTT1O Believed that having a safe and difficult password to hack is good and not to have a password that’s very related to you as in a pets name or a old school you went to for example . The differences in gender for the survay are somewhat different in different areas but are very similar in some ways though in the way they do the survay.
