Sleep Chart This the chart that you should follow to maintain a healthy life.

Things to not do will getting ready or going to sleep. Using electronics before bed will keep you up because you are thinking of the things you saw. You should stop using the electronics 1 hour before bed. Eating because it will keep your digestive system moving which at times can be very uncomfortable. Get yourself in a conversation because sometimes you can stay up a long time just talking about anything with a friend because it is distracting.

Things to do when going to bed. Make sure tour bedroom is dark because light can disturb you. Stretch especially when you find yourself slouched over a computer all day or in a position that increases tension. Don’t stress because when you stress you will think of it and will or can stay up all night thinking about.
