METAPARADIGM CONCEPTS AS DEFINED BY ORLANDO PERSON Each patient is unique and individual in how they respond The patient-nurse relationship is dynamic and needs change as illness progress or improves The actions and reactions of both the patient and nurse, influence the nurse-patient relationship HEALTH State free of physical and metal stress Sense of well-being Always varying on a continuum Behaviors, attitudes and beliefs of patient play a role in state of health
