Who Counts On You?

Coming into this I thought… Administration would be largely behavior management Administrators were as good as anyone else’s and were role models Schools was benefitting from the leaders in place. I would not be a good leader/administrator

The True Story

What I have done Administrative duty Shadowed principal Parent Education Night Planning Data Review Created a parent conference sign-up Assistant Principal for the day Conducted walk-throughs Watch Dog Program

Final Reflection Overall this was a great opportunity for me to learn and gain valuable experience that will benefit me in the future. This semester has given me a lot of ups and downs that I can only learn from. I am grateful to have the opportunity to be a part of this program. I have expressed many times that I do not have a desire to become a principal but after this semester I believe I have had a change of heart.
