CPR Lay casualty back Pinch nose (we don’t do this first Heather) Do 30 chest compressions and 2 breaths Do 5 times (we repeat as often as necessary until help arrives) May use a defibrillator if available, especially if in a remote area. Machine talks you through the process CALL 999 as soon as possible
