Why did the U.S. repeal Prohibition? DBQ Activity

Directions Read each document & summarize what it means below. (1-2 sentences) Put that document in to a category – reason why it was repealed. Group all the documents in to 3 categories. On a separate sheet of paper, write a short constructed response for each category, explaining how/why the documents fit in each category.
