Method for Making Pork Stir Fry Half fill a large saucepan with water. Place on hob and bring to the boil. Chop an onion, ginger and garlic. Wash and prepare all the vegetables. Chop your pork into thin strips on a red chopping board and then wash your hands. Place noodles in boiling water for 4 minutes until soft. Strain with a colander. Heat your wok on a medium temperature with oil. Add the pork and stir, cook for a few 5 minutes. Add the onion, ginger and garlic, cook for a few minutes, keep stirring. Add your vegetables and noodles to the wok, chili and black bean sauce, soy sauce and 2 tbs of water. Stir fry for 2 minutes. Transfer this to your container and leave to cool. Wash all of your equipment and put it away. Clean your area using anti- bacterial spray. Refrigerate and reheat to a high temperature at home and serve.

Ingredients needed for a Pork Stir Fry 2 cloves raw garlic 20g fresh ginger 150g raw Pork ½ onion 120g raw vegetables 100g dried egg noodles 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce 1 tbsp black bean sauce 2 tbsp water 2 tbsp light soy sauce 2-3 tbsp vegetable oil You will also need a container large enough to take your stir fry home. You will NOT need to bring the soy sauce, sweet chili sauce, black bean sauce and the oil
