Monday, October 6- Grammar A fragment is missing something (subject or predicate). A run on is more than one sentence combined without the appropriate punctuation and/or conjunction. Directions: Identify the following as run-ons or fragments. Then correctly write them. 1. He dated a girl, she dumped him. 2. Putting sand crabs in people’s shoes. 3. Are you heading for the Ferris wheel count me in!

Tuesday October 7th- Vocabulary Directions: Create Frayer models for the following words. 1. dispel (verb)-to make something such as a belief, idea, or thought go away 2.
