What is a Goal?

Goals! A broad statement of what you want to accomplish. Give me an example! What is a long term vs. a short term goal?

What is a Value?

Value! What you believe is important; why you want to achieve a goal. Things you are willing to work for Help you decide what type of life you want to live How you treat others/how you want others to treat you
