PERSONAL MANAGEMENT SKILLS Employers want people who demonstrate: Positive attitudes and behaviors Responsibility Adaptability

TEAMWORK SKILLS Employers want people who can work with others: In a team To contribute to organizational goals To achieve team results And to respect their thoughts and opinions

ACADEMIC SKILLS Employers need people who have specific skills, like being able to work with computers or having more than one language. Find out what skills are most in demand right now and make sure you get them.
