There can be 2 types of goals: Goal – something you work toward and hope to achieve!! There can be 2 types of goals: SHORT TERM– completed in a few days or weeks. LONG TERM – completed in months or years.

What should goals be??? 1.) SAFE – can it harm you??? 2.) SATISFYING – feel good about yourself after you reach the goal. 3.) SENSIBLE – be realistic! 4.) SIMILAR – don’t contradict old goals 5.) SPECIFIC – steps are clear 6.) SUPPORTED – if your goals are positive and LEGAL.
