SPI Production Process Silicon feedstock material is cast into ingots that are then sliced into silicon bricks Bricks are sliced into 200μm wafers Wafers are chemically etched, coated with an anti- reflective material, printed, and processed into solar cells SPI can produce cells with efficiencies of up to 16%
