What are Stereotypes? A generalized (sometimes accurate but often overgeneralized or exaggerated) belief about a group of people.
Prejudice It usually involves stereotyped beliefs, negative feelings, and a predisposition to discriminatory action. An unjustified and usually negative attitude toward a group and its members.
Prejudice is a negative attitude, discrimination is a negative behavior.
