by:Kyle Bidwell 8th period Moldy bread test!!! by:Kyle Bidwell 8th period

Question!? -Which condition does bread mold faster in? -Damp and dark? -Or damp and light?

BACK GROUND -The reason i chose this is because we keep our bread in a dark place. So i want to no if it will mold fast there?

Hypothesis -I think if i put bread in a dark wet spot it will mold faster then bread in a wet light place.

Variables -Independent:The condition the bread will be in. -Dependent:The amount of mold on the bread. -Constants:The amount of bread, type of bread, amount of water, and time in bag.

Procedure -get two peices of bread. -Get two bags -get a tsp of water. -put bread and water in bread. -let sit for week. record data.

Data see on paper.

Conclusion -which condition does bread mold faster in? -My experiment was putting two peices of bread in different conditions to see which will mold faster. -The data I got was both peices of bread did not mold in on week.

Conclusion -My data and hypothesis and data are different because i thought the bread would mold and it did not. -I learned it will take longer than a week for bread to mold in those conditions. -What i would do different is have them in the same temerature.
