OASIS Subcommittee Report to the NAESB Executive Committee March 2019 – Phoenix, AZ 2019 Annual Plan Item 3g Modification to Next Hour Market (NHM) Business Practices 3/26/2019

API 3g Request for use in the Western Interconnection, primarily for use with California ISO Energy Imbalance Market Current practice does not address the WI practice of using tag code 0-NX Modified current practice to make it clear that 0-NX is not restricted to use with NHM and may be used for other purposes 3/26/2019

API 3g CISS reviewed recommendation and had concerns. Formal comments were received from 4 entities. OASIS subcommittee late comments address the formal comments by making minor changes to the original recommendation. 3/26/2019
