SPECIFIC : The target will be Middle School students SPECIFIC : The target will be Middle School students. Our goal is to increase awareness and decrease occurance. We will be doing this through Whole group – guidance lesson (classroom) – class challenge project.  

MEASURABLE: Semester long, Pre, Mid, and Post Surveys MEASURABLE: Semester long, Pre, Mid, and Post Surveys. In order to measure the goal, there should be a decrease in the number of incidents reported, and an increase of awareness through the use of vocabulary.

ATTAINABLE: The goal is attainable because it is structured for frequent evaluation and feedback, which allows for real time adjustments.

RELEVANT: Aligns with counseling goals/ Texas counseling model. “Self Confidence Development & Interpersonal Effectiveness”

TIMELY: Plan will be implemented and completed by the end of the fall semester.
