Gen 7.1: Utilize conceptual frameworks to guide the processes of assessment, intervention, and evaluation. Sassi is the conceptual framework we use to assess our consumers. DWI treatment based educational groups are how we implement intervention methods. (Ex: Empowerment)

Gen 7.2: Critique and Apply Knowledge to understand person and environment When grading the Sassi we have to take the consumers answers and plot them in a way that allows us to know which category they fall under. (High or Low risk) During the assessment process there are questions that allow us to determine what their environment is like and how it could potentially help or hinder their treatment.
