First Amendment Freedom of Speech We would create a new organization to help ensure safety in America. Clear and Present Danger Department is in charge of inspecting and investigating suspicious web sites, phone records, blogs, face book pages, my space pages, chat rooms, etc. This department would suspend and prosecute any communication site that they felt that threatened the safety of Americans. Our group believes that by confiscating any communication between terrorists would eliminate clear and present danger for the United States.

Fourth Amendment Search and Seizure Our Clear and Present Danger Department would initiate searches and confiscation of technologies. - Our department would have the authority to seize and remove all suspicious communication devices that they deem threatening to United States security. -This department would prosecute and incarcerate any individuals in possession of any technological items that they deem to present a clear and present danger. -Our group believes that by confiscating and prosecuting these individuals that they will be securing the United States from any future threats.
